We based our new laser on:
an innovative, electronic vibration compensation system,
auto-leveling function.
Thanks to this, the device is ready to work immediately after setting it in the target location and switching it on.
The use of an electronic compensator has enriched the measuring device with an additional function: blocking the leveled pipe laser beam. When working in the vicinity of construction machinery, sudden vibrations, even of significant intensity, do not bend the light wave.
An additional element securing the accuracy of work is the device leveling signaling system. This is intended to eliminate the possibility of measurement errors when working in difficult terrain conditions.
Accuracy of pipe laser measurements: improving work efficiency and reducing implementation costs
As the manufacturer of the Nivel System PL200R pipe laser, we have taken care of the highest measurement accuracy to adapt the device to demanding water and sewage works.
The pipe laser works at a distance of 200 meters, so it is irreplaceable when laying pipes and leveling sewage systems over longer sections.
The measurement accuracy is ±2.4 mm/50 m.
Thanks to the parameter encoder, the device works with a slope from -10% to +30%.
The electronic compensator allows for setting within the range of ±10%.
This precision improves work efficiency. It also allows you to avoid measurement errors and subsequent costly corrections.
Ease of use
We have simplified the operation of the Nivel System PL200R pipe laser to the maximum. The device has a clear MENU, and the desired parameters are set using buttons. The data is visible on the display. The direction of the device can be controlled manually or using the remote control. This reduces the number of interruptions in work. The remote control is included in the set. The automatic target search function makes work easier. On the other hand, the aforementioned pipe leveling signaling system allows you to avoid errors when leveling sewage lines or laying pipes. Efficient Li-ion batteries ensure continuous operation for up to 50 hours.
Preparation for difficult conditions: many years of use of the pipe level
At Nivel System, we have created a device that is ideal for work in difficult terrain and in unfavorable weather conditions. The armored, metal casing and additional cushioning of internal components provide protection against mechanical damage. The tightness and resistance of the cover is IPX7. The temperature resistance range is from -20⁰C to +50⁰C.
The pipe laser is supplied in a convenient, armored case additionally filled with polyurethane foam, which protects the device during transport.
